5 Franklin Place

This apartment building makes my eyes pop out of my head in a good way.  Designed by Dutch architect Ben van Berkel, 5 Franklin Place is noted for curved black bands outlining the perimeter of the building that lend a sense of movement and grace.

Dodger Stadium Renovations

Dodgers owner Frank McCourt unveiled plans yesterday for a massive renovation to the stately landmark/7th-circle-of-satan’s-asshole-parking-lot also known as Dodger Stadium.  Among the proposed additions to the ballpark are parking garages (yes!!!), a team history museum, restaurants, shops and a public transportation presence.  The L.A.
