This apartment building makes my eyes pop out of my head in a good way. Designed by Dutch architect Ben van Berkel, 5 Franklin Place is noted for curved black bands outlining the perimeter of the building that lend a sense of movement and grace.

It’s absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern but organic at the same time.
